The Grand Opening of The Bush Temple

Join FLATS® on Thursday, November 9, 2017 from 5:30pm to 8:30pm as we celebrate The Grand Opening of The Bush Temple.

The Bush Temple, located at the corner of Chicago Avenue and Clark Street in downtown Chicago, is a national historic landmark. This rare large-scale French Renaissance Revival building was constructed in 1901 as the headquarters and showroom of the Bush and Gerts Piano Company. The property has undergone its second major revival, as FLATS® has converted this property into 101 amenity-rich apartments and prime commercial spaces.

The Grand Opening details:

• Exclusive preview of The Bush Temple including the community lobby lounge and state-of-the-art gym and boxing club.

• Be the first to tour our FLATS® Model as well as several other selected floorplans.

• Experience FLATSstudio’s partnership with CoEdit through their inaugural event featuring artwork by FLATS® Residents

• Music by pianist Joanna Daugherty and DJ Greg #FeelGood.

• Be one of the first to visit FoxTrot's brand new pop-up, with complimentary coffee samples and a special preview of their upcoming holiday gift collection.

• Free drinks from 5:30pm to 8:30pm (21+). Beverages provided by KOVAL, Alter Brewing, and J&L Catering.

Registration is required for admittance. Entry into the event will be limited to those who's names are on the guest list and their +1.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult (21+)
